We are currently seeking an engaged and experienced individual for our client, an internationally operating company with around 250 employees worldwide. The company develops, manufactures, and distributes high-quality products and services in the fields of water treatment and outdoor solutions. The position is based at their location in Kemptthal, Switzerland.

• Manage Microsoft applications on the global Microsoft tenant and ensure smooth operation of the applications.
• Coordinate with internal and external IT specialists across all business units.
• Lead the design and implementation of new features and upgrades to improve user-friendliness and process automation.
• Act as the first point of contact for application improvement requests, validating these with management and external specialists.
• Create and maintain application documentation in English.
• Conduct online training sessions for business users and team leaders.
• Perform regular audits of IT systems to ensure compliance with standards, security, and data protection regulations.
• Publish an annual IT security report for the group.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external IT partners.
• Substitute for first-level IT support during vacation or emergencies.
• Define and coordinate SLAs for local IT infrastructure.
• Manage and control the financial ICT budget for the Swiss entity, as well as global Microsoft licenses and specific projects.
• Staff responsibility for the ICT support position.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and to the USA for regular visits to major company sites.

• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in ICT application management, ideally in an international SME environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Power Apps (Power BI, Flow), Azure, SQL, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly with interfaces such as EDI and APIs.
• Practical experience with MS 365, Dynamics 365 Sales, Abacus, and Pimcore.
• Excellent English skills (both spoken and written), German skills are a plus.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff and external vendors.
